What is the return policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Include all original packaging
- Be returned within 30 days of receiving the order
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please note that items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use may not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped directly from our Boston, Massachusetts warehouse, where each product undergoes a final quality check before leaving our facility. We take pride in carefully inspecting and preparing every item to ensure it meets our standards before it is packaged and sent out.
Because each order is handled with care and shipped from our Boston location, delivery times may vary slightly depending on the state you live in. Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days after processing.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will always be available through the Shop App, allowing you to easily follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Does it have warranty?
5-year warranty covers breaks and dents from normal use. If your equipment is damaged under normal conditions, we'll repair or replace it at no cost.
How heavy is it?
Weighs approximately 7.5 lbs for premium stability. Heavy enough to stay firmly in place while your dog eats, preventing sliding and tipping across hard floors.
How do you clean it?
You can clean it by hand with dish washing soap and warm water.
